Keyring SWE_FLY-1

My drive recently failed and I just did a reinstall with the 6.2 alpha minimal image. Everything is good, but I let the tivo call out once and I received the typical certificate expiration Keyrings which I rubbished, but I also received the Keyring SWE_FLY-1, which I haven't seen before and couldn't find any mention of it.

Does anyone have an idea what it is for? Should I rubbish it?

SWE_xxx keys are typically used to decrypt the swsystem slices found in software upgrades. SoftWare Extraction maybe?
