Help! Am I doing something wrong?

I followed the Tytool insturctions, and have it copying a moive from my D*tivo (HDVR2), but it's says it has like 20+ hours left (looping total = 139 mbytes (8812 seconds) [0.02 meg/sec] 20:33:19 remaining...) I'm using a NetGear FA120 USB adapter, and the usb 2.0 drivers.

Is something wrong here? I can't belive it's going to take 20+ hours to copy a 1 1/2 - 2 hour movie....

Yes, something is wrong. Based on the information you've given, there is no way that I can tell you what it is. Are you extracting to a floppy (I hear they have really slow write speeds). Have you tried any other connections to make sure the network setup is proper? Too many variables, not enough details.

That does seem astoundingly low speed. Something is definitely amiss.

What speeds are you getting from MFS_FTP?
