Error restoring image

I'm trying to restore a virgin 40GB image (UK version) to a 120GB drive. When restoring, I get the error, 'Internal Error 4'.

What is this and how can I get the image restored?

Thanks for the link but even after reading through it, I still can't restore my UK TiVo.
