Best way to convert .tivo to mpeg?

After going though the whole down loading and not finding the moonlight m71 muxer in graph edit, I wonder how to get the muxer or is there a new better way to convert .tivo file to mpegs.

I assume your using Tivo2Go to extract and getting the encrypted .tivo files. Use DirectShowDump to get an unencrypted mpeg; it can be found here. (http://prish.com/etivo/tbr.htm)
