I have a strange one. On an HR10-250 running 3.1.5f if I try and delete a season pass using the remote control, the "please wait" splash comes up for about 2 minutes and then the tivo reboots. The Kernel log shows:
Tmk Fatal Error: Thread ContextMgr event handler <188> died due to signal -2
If I do the same thing from TWP it works fine. Hmmmm.

Anyone seen that before?

I recently built this drive from a pair of 250s in this thread here (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49637) so it is possible that I have had this problem the whole time with the singe 500G drive. The max run time I have right now without reboots is a little over 3 days. I thought the lack of extended run time might be heat related, but I don't think that any longer. Do you think it is a database corruption problem?

Could be. Try a Clear Progam Data and To Do List and see if that helps. (There should be something similar on your system--mine's a SD-DVR80 w/6.2.)

Thanks ew. Before I did the clear and delete program data/todo list I learned the following. If I added a season pass, I was able to delete it with the remote and the tivo did not reboot. Only when I tried to delete one of the season passes that had been there awhile did I get the reboot. Now I can add and delete with the remote just fine.

Since doing the clear and delete I had one spontaneous reboot. There was nothing going on other than recording to the two live buffers. Nothing showed up in the logs either. All of a sudden there were just startup messages in the log.

Up 1 day 22 hours since then. The record in recent memory is 8 days 23 hours. Maybe I will get excited if I can make 5 days! The other HR10-250 has made 134 days before.
