I resently got my HDtivo up and running with all the standard hacks. I noticed that after moving all the recommended files to /bin that alot of the familiar command such a DF, grep and so on were not there. I then booted the PTV disk and noticed that all the familiar commands were soft linked to a file called busybox, which is quite large.
Now for the questions... Does the HR10-250 have processor and/or RAM limitations in reguards to too many things running in the back ground to keep up with it's main functions. Better stated, what are the limitations?
Can I set up nfs, cron etc... on my HDTivo without bogging it down to the point that it hinders recording and displaying funtions?
Are the CPU and or RAM upgradable?
What all does the 3.1.5 kernel support?
