I recently installed a new hard drive into my DirecTivo, I used instantcake and ptvnet. This is actually the second new hd I have installed into this unit. Everything went without a hitch, however when I go into TivoWebPlus and search, I get the following error. Everything worked fine with my "old" upgraded hard drive. Any help would be appreciated, I tried to search prior to posting but did not find an answer.

What version of the Tivo OS, and what version of TivoWebPlus? (Note: "whatever comes with PTVnet" doesn't help us; for support you might want to contact ptvupgrade.)

Tivo system software: 6.2-01-2-351
TivoWebplus:1.2.1

This is actually the second hard drive I have installed into this unit, and I followed the same process, and used the same discs. I am confused why it worked fine with the original updated drive and not this new one. Does it take time to index the guide or something? I installed the HD last night and tried to search this morning.

Yeah, the guide may take 24-48 hrs to quiet down. You might also try the 1.3.1 distro -- 1.2.1 used to give me search headaches from time to time due to memory issues.

A "Full reload" under Restart fixed the problem!:) I will try 1.3.1 though

Yeah that's almost assuredly a memory problem. Try 1.3.1...or take a look at the betas for 1.40 which are MUCH better -- BTU has almost completely rewritten TWP to fix memory issues and other such stuff.
