IR conflict after 6.3 upgrade

I have 3 HR10-250's all hacked and networked. I just upgraded 2 of them to 6.3a. After the upgrade all was fine until I tried my Pioneer remote to change sources. The VCR2 button on the pioneer remote puts both of the upgraded tivos into the DirecTv screen (ie. Now Showing, Live TV...). It does not affect the non upgraded TiVo. All 3 Tivo's have different remote addresses and are in the same equiptment rack. WTF??? Any ideas?

I had same problem, I had to reinvoke the remote address settings just as I did when i was initially setting up the boxes.

go to system information, and follow the instructions in the manual to set a remote address. The weird thing is on mine it had the remote address already outlined, but I still had to hold the pause and DTV button to "reset" the info.

Once you go through the steps again, you should be fine.

Thanks for the response. I tried resetting the remote address, and even changing it to a different number, but no luck. They must have changed something in 6.3a. Anyone have any ideas on which files handle the IR. Maybe I could copy the older file version from the non upgraded unit.
