It was here a little while ago (earlier today), but it seems to have vanished without a trace.

Can anyone help? There was a lot of good information and I was just on the verge of getting MovieLoader to work.

Thank you very much.

I don't know what happened to it.

It's been deleted. No idea why. Mods?

Probably related, the links in this (http://dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?t=53294) thread (posts #2 and #3) now point to a non-existent thread.

(pure speculation)
I think there was a brand new member who created another thread outright asking for theft of service from tivo as well as admitting to theft of satellite service who had also posted in the movieloader thread. I could not find that other thread either. If that user was deleted in a certain way, it could be that the thread still exists, but has an error with it and is therefore invalid. I know this was/is an issue with a different board system than vbulliten. You can look at the thread's contents via a MySQL interface, such as phpMyAdmin, but not via the board software.

Looks like we may not get an answer to why it disappeared.

Maybe a better question would be:
If I start a new MovieLoader thread, will it be allowed to stay or will it be deleted too?

Wow. Did the consipracy theories already start?

I'll look into it. For the time being, relax.

Hmm... Interesting. It seems that I fat fingered the delete of that thread.. but it ALSO seems like "I" randomly started editing posts in that thread.

Well, I don't think I did. I'm going to look further into the time stamps, and source addresses..

Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

Should be fixed now.

The "random" editing I saw was the mistaken deletion removing attachments from the thread.

I apologize.

Please continue the thread as you see fit. Also, please take the time to upload the attachments again where they might be missing....

Once again, I apologize for the mistake.
