Desktop 2.4

Is there someplace to get help on the beta version of the desktop 2.4? I am having trouble getting the Tivo to download an .mpg file from my pc. It sees the files, but it keeps erroring out. I realize it's a beta, but hopefully there is a discussion area for it. That's what betas are for. This seems like a great idea, but obviously, I'm doing something wrong or am missing something. Any help would be appreciated.
