I'm getting a strange error in DVDlab 1.6 on one of my mpv files (converted from Ty to Mpeg in TyTool). The error appears (see attachment) when the disc is being compiled.
There are five Tivo files on the DVD and I've identified the one causing the problem. If I take out the file, the disc will complete the compilation process.
I've tried rewritting the GOP structure in DVDlab but the error persists when compiling. What else can I try to fix this?

I've had this as well in DVDlab pro. I always ended up running the offending file through TMPGEnc to split out the video and audio and then put that into the dvd compliation. I have yet to have the time to find a better way at this point. For me right now it is a workaround to get me to the end....

Well the problem is I don't have the original mpeg or ty file from TyTool. All I have are the "split" files from DVDlab Pro.
As you suggested, I used TMPGEnc 2.5 to multiplex them together. Then I tried seperating them in both DVDlab and TMPEnc, but either way DVDlab doesn't lake the resulting file.
It does appear the error is with the audio file because if I remove the audio track from the offending program, the process will compile normally.
Any other advice on how to repair the audio file?

I converted the bad mp2 audio file to a new mp2 file and this time it worked so all is good.
Now I just have to sync up the audio for all the tracks in DVDlab. I wish the time delay would be consistent from track to track. I did patch audio holes upon conversion from Ty to mpeg.
