This evening it just started that whenever I reboot my new 2nd TiVo, it keeps rebooting after just a few seconds on "Powering Up...". I get the following output over and over...

...until I hit go through the Boot Menu (via serial) during the power up, enter in the factory password, and then type in "boot" at the prompts, then everything goes OK.
