Tivoserver with AAC 5.1 audio

I'm running Tivoserver a4.2 cygwin and I'm slowly converting all my DVDs to MP4s encoded with x264 and AAC 5.1. If I create a MP4 with x264 and AAC stereo, Tivoserver can handle the transcoding just fine. With 5.1 I get an error saying resampling with input channels greater than 2 not supported. How would I make Tivoserver work with these types of files?
