Disregard this please, found the answer with some more searching, sorry
I have an Hr10 250 with a new drive from Ptv net. That drive had 3.1.5f. I built a new drive using ICake and PTV net to go to 6.3c. Since 6.3c, when I try to use tytool, I get "failed to get first 10 chunks" error. I used the "Beginners Guide to extraction" at the Dvr upgrade site to enable my series 2 and Hr20-250(3.1.5f) for extraction with success. Using the same procedure with my now 6.3c HR10-250, I get the above message. I searched for this message on this site and found that the this must mean that the streams are still encrypted. From reading this and other forums, I think that there is an issue with "Superpatch" and 6.3c. Is this true and is there another version available for Hr20-250 running 6.3c. I really don't want to go back to 3.1.5f because of the slow menus.
