Make Key File keeps crashing 10r4

I just upgraded my HD DirecTivo HR10 to 6.3C software and using Ty Tools 10r4. I am able to extract my programs from the Now Showing directory but when I go to make them a Key File, the Ty Tools program crashes. This happens for the non-HD programs, I have not even begun to extract my HD stuff. This Key file crash happens 3 out of 4 times. Is this version of the Key file different? The reason I ask is that if I use the Key file program from v 9r18 I am able to produce a Key file so I can open it up in the GOP editor. I am wondering if the problem is with the Ty file itself. When I look at the Error Report Contents it states that an error report file has been created (a957_appcompat). I have attached it (notepad format). I am running Windows XP SP2. Can someone help me out or point me to a thread where this has been discussed?

Sorry I cant offer any advice but I am in need of some help on this topic, I am currently working on mfs_ftp for d/l but I see using tytools + ? you can accomplish the same thing. Is the server you need to work to tytools 10r4 'tserver' and if so where can it be downloaded (install directions would be nice too)

Lots of problems with TyTool and the HR10-250. Luckily, jdiner is back, but you'll probably have to wait for 11r1. :)
