Tytools10r4 extraction not working

I have been trying to get extraction working on my newly hacked Tivo using Tytools.

Samsung series 2. v6.2 (Hacked using current Zipper)

Process:
1. Start tserver manually on tivo using telnet session (Can't start using Tytools client).
2. Use refresh to get NowShowing info. No problem here.
3. Use "get" to transfer target video. All Tivo client parameters left on default settings. Network options set to "tystream" mode.
4. After transfer completes attempt to view saved stream file (previously installed TyShow). FAILS! Something goes seriously wrong at this point. If I attempt to even highlight the saved file with my mouse Explorer crashes completely.
5. Try to build key file using client fails (not sure this should even work..)
6 Try and open using GopEditor fails. Get some error about not being able to read at least first 10 chunks(??).
7. Tried to do a transfer in multiplex mode. FAILS. Telnet connection made but nothing happens. The server gets the input string but nothing is ever transfered.

Any ideas what might be going on?

Item number 6 is the key to your whole problem. You're trying to extract and play encrypted files. You need to disable encryption before you do anything else. And yes, this should have been posted in the newbie forum. A simple search on the "failed to get first 10 chunks" would have overwhelmed you with answers to your problem.

FYI - extraction is working fine. You just can't do anything with encrypted files once you've got them on your PC.
