Need Tivo Remote IR encoding info

I am working on a project and need to understand the IR transmitted by the tivo remote. I am looking for the actual encoding (on/off times/pulses) not just the numeric values for each button/function). I found info on RC5, sony's, and the generic japanese encoding but none for tivo.

This is on the up and up. I am building a box that listens to IR traffic. When it stops it slowly turns down the volumn and shuts off the TV.

I tried searching for it but it is not an easy search to do.
