Stuck at 70% getting satillite data

Hi have one dsr6000 unit set to reboot twice a week to help kept clean. Lately machine is failing to complete the startup stopping at 70% when receiving download of data. Does any one no the mfs object I can check to determine if the unit has completed bootup or not. So I can develop a program that will reboot machine again if not fully booted.

i've had dtivos get stuck (or very slow) on 70% twice, and both times it was a dying drive. that's the point during the boot that a lot of "stuff" from the sat stream is being written to disk, and if the disk access times are elongated, it'll stay at 70% for a long time.
