i just do the restore series 2 image to my TCD24004A 40g drive and the restore process is done good,umount ,jump to master and place back the drive to tivo,but just hear one click on hard drive and just stay at Welcome.powering up...Any idea please.

The "one-click on the hard drive" makes me a little nervous. I hope your power supply isn't failing.
At this point you probably need a serial console output log to see what's wrong.
