I have been a customer of DirecTV since my first house and bought the HR10 last year at high cost to accompany my HD Television Set. Then DirecTV says you need an HR20 to receive the new satellite and announces a trade in program. Months pass with no announcement of when a trade-in program might begin. So I call up DirecTV and they tell me they had a trade in program months ago but canceled it and never let me know about it and now want $300 to replace my HR10. Nice way to treat a long-time customer. Where's the number for Verizon FiOS...?
