VMA vs File Offset

I am sorry for asking such a simple question, but I want to be sure before I screw up manually applying the Phone & Network patch for 6.2a.

If the VMA offset is 0x005bb344, then the file offset in hex would be 0x001bb344 and 1815364 decimal. Is this correct?

TIAI can not verify the patch location, but if you took the time to search and read on how to do VMA offset to file offset you did that correctly. Your values you have listed are correctly calculated.
