easiest way to add HMO for R10?

What is the EASIEST way to add HMO to the R10? I have read that it was Sleepers ISO, But I have read that it is outdated. Thanks

First, before you can do anything else, you'll need to replace your PROM.

Then modify your kernel or install a new one, then use superpatch. Sleepers ISO is quite outdated, all it will afford you is an infinite reboot loop.
