I have a hacked HR10-250 running 6.3d. I have been having problems with the reboots as discussed in other threads so I have been trying to update to 6.3e. Unfortunately, I don't have the 6.3e slices in MFS and I have been trying to force a call to the tivo service in order to try to get the slices. I don't have a telephone land line, so I have been trying to connect via the network with no success. I tried setting DEBUG_BOARD = true and inserting a phone prefix of ,#401 with no success. During my efforts to "phone home" via the network I executed the "Troubleshoot Network" command from the settings menu in the UI. Since doing that I can no longer connect to the HR10 through the network, even after rebooting. Currently the output from ifconfig is as follows:
lo Link encap:Local Loopback
inet addr:127.0.0.1 Bcast:0.0.0.0 Mask:255.0.0.0
UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 coll:0

I connected via serial cable and re-ran netconfig.tcl to make sure that the network settings are correct.

I have pretty much exhausted my limited tivo networking knowledge and would appreciate any suggestions as to how to proceed to resolve this issue. I have attached a log file with the output from the boot process.

Thanks.
