This is a new issue for me. My HR10-250 has been running flawlessly since hacked for a little of 1 1/2 years. In the last few days when a program is selected from the NPL the show data is not shown and the user is returned to the NPL. The same program can be viewed by selecting it in the NPL and pushing the play button, but will not play otherwise ( navigating via the select button thru program info screen).
Rebooting the DVR does not resolve the problem. Also reports "error 32" when trying to edit record options.

Is this a known issue? If so, can someone aid me or direct me to a little help?

TIA

A Google of the error shows this (Yes it is referring to a SA Tivo but the latter part may do some good):

Error 32 A software glitch (usually occurs when scheduling recordings) resolved in TiVo software version 7.3.1 - try rebooting the unit and then forcing a dial-in call; for shorter term solutions, either try repeating guided set-up or or go into your season pass manager and rearrange your list. Sometimes it takes the TiVo a while to sort information, so give it some time after any of these solutions are attempted.

And found this:

If you are running 6.3c and TivoWebPlus you probably have ran into the "Error #32" issue when you select "More Information" from the "Now Playing" list or when trying to set up a Season Pass from the Tivo GUI. This may have been caused if you setup a SP via TWP 1.3.1 and older versions. A couple of things to do. First, delete the Season Passes and the recorded programs that were created by TWP through the TWP web interface. It should clear up the problem. Second, download the latest version of TWP. Note: It may not be necessary to uninstall the older version, read the instructions first before causing yourself extra work. Last, follow the instructions on how the "Temporary Fix" works when setting up future SP's from TWP.

I googled as well and found the first fix you posted. I did not find the second re: TWP SP's, I suspect that is my issue as I did try to create a SP a week or so ago. Thanks for replying:cool:

Update: Deleting the last SP created with TWP fixed the problem.

Thanks again.
