new cachecard+net, installed tivoweb, can't view video on pc?

Hi,

I know I'm the last person on the planet to upgrade a series 1, but i have
a series 1 which I just added a cachecard + net card to.

Everything went fine. I can telnet to the tivo and I installed tivoweb, which
is great.

But I can't figure out how to view video files from the tivo on my pc.

I installed the codecs from tyshow (I think I used 0.15, but I just found 0.18)
but when I try to use WPM it just crashes.

I did not install anything but tivoweb on the tivo - am I barking up the
right tree?

I'd like to be able to watch some of the video on the tivo from my PC now and
then...

Vserver needs to be running on the Tivo.

Also you are far from the last person to use an S1!
