Once you sign up, you can get $25 for each friend you refer who signs up and gets his/her $100 from Viva. All you need to do is mention "Viva" as the referer when filling out your apartment lease application form. "viva" gets its commission from the real estate co and passes it on to you, WITHOUT that affecting the rent you pay in any way. I also did the research...the site is legit (BBB) and has a decent privacy policy.
