can I identify protected vs. unprotected content on the same box ?

Tivo series 3, chipped.

Was running for a few months, and recorded a fair amount of material. This material is unprotected.

Then an update got forced on me by tivo, and so I was running for a few weeks with no hacks, BUT my season passes and other recordings continued to record. This material _IS_ drm-protected.

So now I have the system re-hacked ... is there any way to identify which recorded items are protected vs. unprotected ? I want to delete the stuff that is protected and offload the unprotected material - but I don't want to test every single file, AND I don't know the exact date that the forced update occurred.

Any way to tell the difference through mfs_ftp or any other mechanism ?

you've probably already got it on your box. it's a binary included with jamie's unified mfs_* tools (http://dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39487) package, as well as AW's All-In-One utils package (http://dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?t=37602).

There's also drmcheck.tcl (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?p=288922#post288922) that provides more information on the DRM metadata in software versions 8.x and above.
