Identifying contents of Spigot Map

I was wondering how do you go about identifying what the contents of the spigotmap relate to?

For example in TivoWeb
/SpigotMap/11/production /Server/28029998

Just hunting around looking for what I can find and was curious what methods you guys use to track stuff down?
