Dear Art.com customers;

As of Thursday, May 17, Art.com has ceased operations. We would like to thank Art.com customers for their patronage and our employees for their hard work and dedication.


Orders received as of Thursday, May 17, will be fulfilled as inventory is available. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if their order cannot be fulfilled. Customer returns will be honored in accordance with the Company’s normal return policy (please scroll down this page for the return policy).

To track an order:

Once your order has shipped, Art.com will send an e-mail notification to you that will include a delivery tracking number. For orders shipped via UPS, you may use this tracking number to track your package at the UPS Web site, at http://www.ups.com. For orders that ship via the Custom Companies, the local freight company will call you to schedule a drop-off time.

Questions from vendors should be directed to purchasing@art.com.

Inquiries regarding the sale of Art.com assets should be directed to assets@art.com.

Art.com Return Policy:

At Art.com, we work hard to provide you with the highest quality shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order from Art.com, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive a refund. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping fees. Also, you must pay your return shipping costs. The merchandise must be in good condition and properly packed in order to receive the refund. For your protection, we recommend you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment of returns. If you are returning unframed prints, please be sure to carefully roll the prints tightly in paper and tape the seam. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in poor condition. In the rare occurrence that an error was made on the order, just notify Art.com Customer Service within 5 days of receiving the package and we will arrange for a replacement shipment as soon as possible.

To return your order:

Pack the merchandise in suitable packaging to protect it from damage, include a note stating your order number and the reason for return. Then return it within 15 days to:
