In spite of their "guarantee" of refunding membership fees, it seems Outdoor Explorer Club (a service advertised by BrandDirect Marketing) is intentionally dragging its feet for 10 weeks since the time I asked them to cancel my membership and refund my memb fee.
Be careful doing business with this site.
