can anyone tell me how to post an attachment?

I tried to enter the pet contest but don't know how to post an attachment. I put a post there this morning saying I didn't know how but noone answered. Then I put a post in chit chat but I guess this is bad timing. So I thought I'd try here. Help anyone.

Hey, after you type your reply or new post under the options box there is another one that says Attach file. Click browse and find the attachment on your computer. That should do it. Lemme know if that doesn't work.

Thanks Joe but I tried that a couple times yesterday and It didn't work. I must be doing somthing wrong. Mabe it the location of the file or somthing.

i can see the black cat,give it a couple of seconds to load,he reminds me of a cat i used to have named sylvester
