I have an Hr10-250 as my bedroom box. I still get all the channles I pay for, but my "Tivo DVR" service says Account closed in the Message/Settings Status.

With DVR server off line, I cant record, and my to-do list is null and void.

About this time last year, the same thing happened and it was an issue with DirectTV,and it self corrected after a few days. I searched but could not find any evidence this is the same issue or not.

Dose anyone know about a "TIVO" problem with DirectTV?

My unit is 6.4a, not connected to a phone line, and upgradessoftware is off.

That's a DirecTV problem, as I believe they handle the account authorization for DirecTiVos. Perhaps the old, grandfathered "DirecTV DVR Service" got taken off your account somehow. I'd call up DTV customer service and see if they can fix it.
