road runner service...

think the coyotee got the road runner..my service goes out almost once a day lately...not very good service when you pay an outrageous price for reliablity and dont get it....customer service?? it takes them forever to anwser and the guy i talked with around xmas said there swamped with problems..but shouldnt be any in this area only the near by area....LIKE WHAT??!!! Any one else have problems with there connections? :(

thanks Jeamme . Found out many are having same problems and tech. that was here last night let it "slip" there having problems with a hub or something in the area..lol. Happy New Year to all!!!
