"Save to VCR" option not working??

I've searched 3 pages of threads and I must be doing something wrong. I have a DSR6000 TiVo and can't get the "save to VCR" option to work. I tried both sets of outputs on the back of the TiVo to the VCR, and still don't get anything to show up when trying to save a recorded program to my VCR. I've even tried a different set of RCA jacks from the TiVo to the VCR without success.

Any suggestions are appriciated!

Make sure you've set the VCR for that input source. In some models you have to move a switch, newer units you usually set it to channel AUX.
