1-99 Locals reappearing... why?

I have my Seattle locals mapped where they should be, and then LA and a few others in the 50-99 range. The problem is that they keep migrating back down into their "original" locations, so I wind up with both SE2 and LA2 on 2, SE4 and LA4 on 4, etc.

I suppose looping mvchannels would work, but I'd prefer not to. Is there another solution?

If you want to remap the channels locations you must loop the script.
