loaded 25 xtreme on 2 40 gig drives.put in dtivo no tv.just waveylines.when Ihit the tivo button it trys to straighten up so you see text for a second.

If you are using the (ghasp!) RF connection, check the channel 3/4 switch in the back of your unit.
