25xtreme harddrive addition

I have installed 25xtreme twice with the same result. I must be reading the how to's wrong.

What Iam trying to do is add another harddrive (120gig) to my drs6000 receiver. So I have one 40ggig and one 120gig.
I go thru the intire install of 25xtreme and when it asks me if I want to install tivomad I said yes.
Now I thought if you were adding another drive, you replyed, yes to the promp and it automatically blessed your second drive. It hasn't work. Do I want to say no to that promp, or do I just have a bad hard drive?

Did you check you jumpers on your drive before putting it back in the Tivo? (I forgot and it cost me many hours over something so simple) :D

The existing hd(40gig) is the primary and the (120gig) is the secondary...isn't that correct

Try 40gig = /dev/hdc
120gig = /dev/hdd

not hda and hdb
