TivoApp no worky worky

I'm running a SA Philips Tivo with a 20gb a drive and an 80gb b drive. I put the latest tivo web on my tivo and am running the tivoapp. I'm having problems with it crapping out on XP after about 15 minutes after numerous errors on the conversion screen. I tried it on windows 2k and some shows don't work and the rest don't either.
The first half of the shows give me a "invalid mpeg header" or something along those lines. And the rest seem to be working but pull off something completely obscure. ie I tried to pull off an episode of A-Team and it decided to give me Crank and Chrome instead. The streams that it pulls off seem to be the right length though.

I'm at a loss. Please help me!!!

My best guess is that ExtractStream on your Tivo may be having a hard time locating the correct sectors for the tystream. Do you know how to perform the extraction manually? I.e. run ExtractStream with either the raw tystream or have it split the streams for you, and then use a tool like tyconvert or TMPGEnc to make the MPEG file? What model Phillips unit do you have? How old is it? How did the 80GB second drive get in there? Did you use TivoMad?
