Isn't that what the MANUAL is for??? (step-by-step instructions).

Or are you referring to the process of "upgrading/hacking"?
If you're talking about the latter, you're in for a LOT of searching and reading, because there's isn't one definitive guide out there.
And plenty of newbies have asked the same in the past, but the cumulative knowledge of the all the experimenters in this forum isn't handed over in a silver platter to people who just walk in and ask for it...

I'm not trying to flame you here... just letting you know how things work from what I've seen... happy researching :)
