I am a satilite expert but TIVO is new.
I have a DSR6000 With a Hacked HU card, No phone line and no sub. I can use the DTV guide and Pause and Replay.
Will a new drive with 25xtream on it let me record without a subscription?
The thumbs up crap might be nice too. So if a drive w/25xtream
Will let me record where can I buy one ready to go plug n play ?

It is your TiVo you can make it do what ever you want.

It won't do it for you.

My guess would be you guy are about 15 year old and think this is some kind of secret club.
I have been reading for 2 hours and can see you dont really answer any ones questions, you just keep pointing them to somewhere else. Thats not a good way to run a froum.

Sadly, many FreeTVers are being sent here from other forums and IRC - they don't want to tinker or to understand what they're doing; they just want free DirecTV and free TiVo handed to them.

I will admit that 25xtreme was a great development, making it easy to get into the game. Heck, I'm using it too! But it's a mixed blessing. It's TOO easy for those looking to steal service and those looking to profit from it.

Pointfreak: The answer to your last question would highly depend on whether or not you are an attractive female; but judging from question 17, my guess would be that you are not, and if you were and someoe who previously answered yes to the last question asked you 17 then, my answer would have to be no.
