Norton Ghost or Disk Image.

has anyone used Norton Ghost or Drive Image to make a copy of the current
drive installed in a Tivo (min is a sony T60) also i know that it can expand
the size of the drive, (you know if i make a copy from a 12 gig to a 100 gig
it will make the partition bigger)..

will this work..

The apps you listed will not work; they do not detect the partitions correctly. Use dd or dolly.exe to clone your drive. Or simply back up your drive with mfstools and restore to the larger drive. mfstools is much faster anyway.

It's been reported that the latest version of Ghost will work in raw mode, but I've never bothered to test it.

it will NOT work for resizing the partitions, but in RAW mode may work as a backup/compression/restore solution.
