Local Channels But No guide Data

I have followed the info here and gotten my locals to show but how do I get the guide data? ALl I see now is 'To Be Announched'

Your TiVo just realized what channels to show, now it needs some time to download the guide data.

It previously didn't think you received those channels, so it didn't bother downloading/saving the guide data for them. It should get the data within a couple hours.
