priority mail shipping label

I have never done this myself..but someone suggested this: Go to
http://www.usps.com/cgi-bin/api/shipping_label.htm
to print your label. It's free so there is no reason to ask a buyer to pay 40 cents extra if you use it. I have been using this free service since I started selling on ebay.
