Linux can't find something..
How do you boot Linux? Floppy / CD ?
Where on IDE is your DOS drive? Your Tivo drive?
Following assumes DOS is primary master.
Tivo drive is secondary master.
Did you mount the floppy and DOS drive:
With floppy in the drive, with mfstool on floppy:
mkdir /mnt/floppy
mkdir /mnt/dos
mount /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy
mount /dev/hda1 /mnt/dos
/mnt/floppy/mfstool restore -i /mnt/dos/tivo.bak /dev/hdc

Hi thankx for you help , now finaly i make this restore to work, a lease 7% 46%compresion restore failed decompresion error 7%
any idea why??? could be bad image? if yes where cam i get virgin image??? for SVR 2000 ??? 2.5
