Well this is the whole story. I have two t-60 tivos’ someone gave me to fix as a favor. One was working fine everything up and running and I re imaged it with 2.5extreme to make sure it was clean this would be TIVO A. Ill name them Tivo A and Tivo B. I opened up TIVo B and re imaged the drive with a new virgin backup of a t-60. When I plugged it in to test the image no success so I tried and re imaged again. So I said maybe the hard drive was bad so I took the hard drive from TIVo B and placed it into TIVo A the drive worked just fine in there. Then I though maybe it was a serial number thing with the hard drives. So I took Tivo A’s hard drive and put it into TIVo B nothing, stayed at the screen. Then I posted this and waited for replies I tried the swapping of different or working IDE cables. Then I was told it could be a bad atmel corrupted when imaging or something like that. Because the Bad Tivo was a store return and of course the warranty label was ripped off. Not sure whats wrong and again I really appreciate your help
