Rebooting Directv w/ tivo ird ???

I have a philips 6000-r and was wondering on how to reboot the system.
It is a directv w/ tivo for those that don't know.

Go to Messages and Setup, choose System Reset, then Restart the Receiver.

Or just unplug it!
