To request that a road map of Utah be mailed to you, complete and submit the form below. You will be notified by email when your map has been mailed.

Please expect 5-10 working days for the map to be delivered.

COOL I WILL NEED THE MAP IF I AM GONNA GO GET A FREE PENCIL AND LITTER BAG LOL
THEY SHOULD JUST SEND THEM ALL

Community Relations has promised that if you will stop by and see them, they will give you some free stuff! Currently there are some things like:

Utah Travel Guides
Utah Road Map (the best one around and it is FREE from UDOT!)
Pencils
Litter Bag (every car needs at least one!)
