The hard drive inside your utv might not be working and probably why the unit keeps dialing out. Check the cable and power connections on the hard drive to the utv see if it solve the problem.

I downloaded the file xupgrade from tivostuff then burned an iso image with CDRWIN 5.0. When I try to install the image into a hard drive that already have xtreme2.5 and I am getting a message like...

Are these brand new parts or pulled parts from a use tivo?
