If your lucking, you can set your Bootpage back and then flip the bootpage. You will need to pull the drive though. If that doesn't work, you would need a serial cable to see where it is dieing.

Hackman does have an option to disable that though. In preferences I enabled the option "Set Root Directory read-only on boot" and that solved my problem. Not using TivoWebPlus 1.4 though....
