I am looking for the right combo of xbmc and ccxstream for a series 1 DTivo. Do you or anyone else use this version of xbmc (xbmc-2004-12-08) and ccxstream w/ no audio sync problems on a series 1...
I also have a S2 DTivo and S2 SA... Would either of these be a better candidate? Are there any known problems w/ ccxstream on S2 tivos? TIA

followed the directions posted by yazhol in the 'Aquiring Guide Info' thread, but i had to install xPlusz first. i didnt need to edit anything. still cant make it all the way through guided setup...

hi... i have a sony t60 that the HD went south on me. i just want to get it back up and running . will it work for me to just d/l a t60 image ( not extreme ) and restore it to a larger drive?

xtreme installed with 2.5 upgrade + all the good stuff that goes with it ... you should be able to just drop this guy on your network and start playing....
i got one recently... i havnt had time to play a whole lot yet but...
you can upgrade the drive
it comes with a built-in ethernet
you can pull the mpgs off pretty easy
seems like a fun pvr,...
playing divx movies with the xbox media player is especially cool! Plus, all the emulators out there are very cool also! (mame, snes, etc)
some of the xbox dvd drives are just really picky about media ... you might want to try different media ... i have had i little problem with vivastar media ( one occurrence of 'scratched disk'...
wallaby - it sounds like you didnt install the tivoweb application first... you can download it from here http://tivo.lightn.org/ .

nice app to help with the extraction of video off of the tivo... it looks really cool, but i havent gotten it to run...
